Ingredients:
8 ounces Spaghetti
1/2 cup grated Cheese
1/2 cup diced cooked Ham
1 Egg
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid.
In a medium bowl, mix together the cheese, ham and egg.
Return the spaghetti to the pot and add the cheese mixture.
Add the reserved cooking liquid, to moisten the spaghetti.
Stir until the cheese melts, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
