• 2 slices of white bread
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 1/4 lb of cooked turkey, diced
• 2 leaves of lettuce, sliced
• 1/2 tomato, diced
• 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

Instructions:

1. Toast the bread
2. In a bowl, mix together the diced onion, turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise
3. Spread the mixture onto one slice of toast
4. Top with the other slice of toast
