Recipe for Apple Walnut Coffee Cake

Ingredients:

• 2 apples, peeled and chopped
• 2 oranges, peeled and chopped
• 2 bananas, mashed
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
3. In a medium bowl, combine apples, oranges, bananas, eggs and sugar.
4. In a separate bowl, combine coffee, milk, walnuts, pecans, maple syrup and brown sugar.
5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
6. Pour the batter into prepared pan.
7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before serving.
