1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn kernels

Instructions:
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
Add the cumin, oregano, paprika, and black pepper and stir to combine.
Add the white rice and stir to combine.
Add the black beans, tomatoes, and frozen corn and stir to combine.
Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the cilantro. Serve hot.
